Export Policy

1) Sample Policy

• Lead Time - Sample Lead Time required usually within 7-10 days.
• Sample Fee - We charge $20 per sample excluding the shipping fee.
• Refund Policy - The Sample fee with fully return when the bulk order reaches a Minimum of the 20ft. FCL.
• Free Sample - If you are our old customer you will get Sample Free.

2) Order Processing

• Performa Invoice (PI) will be issued Against the PO.
• The Performa Invoice (Pl ) will contain the buyer's address date of delivery (Production lead time) Mode of Shipment Product Details with FOB price.

3) Design Protection

• Any Design from a buyer will not be supplied to 3rd Party.

4) Payment Term

• Payment: Minimum 50% Advance payment of the total order value of the Performa Invoice required before Starting Production.
• Production Lead Time: 15-30 working Days after Received 50% Advance Payment (Depending on the order volume and Quantity).
• Shipment Delivery will be made after receiving the total payment.
• 100% Advance payment will give you a discount of 1.50% on the total FOB order value.

5) Mode Of Shipment

• Sea/Air/Courier.
• Sea / KOLKATA PORT.
• Air / Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport.
• Courier (DHL/FEDEX) other as buyer's desires.

6) Trade Term

• FOB CIF & CNF on the Requirement of the Buyer.

7) Container Loading

• LCL or FCL on the requirement of the Buyer.
• 20ft. Full Container Loading =260 Cartoon
• 40ft. Full Container Loading =520 cartoon

8) Minimum Order

• MINIMUM Order Shipment in value is FOB USD 5000.
• MINIMUM Product order is depending on the Specification of the Product.
